Being a teenager today comes with real pressure -- school, friendships, family changes, social media, figuring out who you are. It's normal to struggle sometimes, and it's okay to ask for support. Therapy gives teens a space that's just theirs; no judgment, no pressure to have it all figured out.

Our Approach
At Foundational Roots Therapy, we meet teens where they're at. Before anything else, we focus on creating safety and building trust -- our experienced therapists provide a safe space for teens and families to explore challenges and grow together. Healing [progress] happens when a teen feels genuinely comfortable and understood. From there, our therapists draw on a range of approaches tailored to each teen, including DBT, EMDR, parts work, and somatic experience to help them get to where they want to be.
