Free Consultations:

For new potential clients, call or email for a free 15-minute phone or virtual consultation, so you can see whether we're a good fit for working together.

Fees:

Individual therapy is $150 for a 50-minute session, and couple's therapy is $165 for a 50-minute session.

Insurance:

We are contracted with Lyra and United/Optum insurance. We can, also, provide a superbill receipt for payments which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. Please call your insurance provider for details on how to submit a superbill and what kind of reimbursements they provide.

Forms of Payment:

I accept cash and credit cards. Fees are charged after each session to the card on file in our Simple Practice portal; once you become a client, you will gain access to the cllient portal.

Patient Portal:

Before your first appointment, you will be sent a link to your email from our Simple Practice portal where you will be prompted to fill out your intake forms. Please have all forms filled out at least 48 hours prior to our first session. From that point forward, you can access the portal where you can download documents, update your credit card, make payments, if needed, and see upcoming appointments.

Cancellations:

If you're unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, please text or email us within 24 hours of set appointment Missed appointments without such notice will be charged the full session fee.

Virtual Appointments:

A HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom for all virtual therapy sessions is used. Prior to each session, you will be emailed a link to your email address on file.
