Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level 1
Hi there! So happy you're here. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I aim to offer a space where you can be honest, feel supported and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. My approach blends person-centered, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic perspectives. I focus on building a genuine therapeutic relationship through empathy, active listening, and authentic connection. From there, I support you in navigating challenges, building resilience, and creating meaningful and lasting change. I'm currently completing my EMDR training to further support clients healing from trauma. Supervised by Janelle Santucci,

More about me
I work with individuals, couples, and families with a specialization in treating teenagers and young adults in navigating depression and major life transitions. I also work with trauma, helping clients process difficult experiences and build a greater sense of safety and self-trust. I'm deeply committed to supporting those in the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone navigating the complexities of relationships and family. In our sessions you'll find a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Together we'll explore your current challenges while making sense of the patterns and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I look forward to working with you.
