So glad you're here.
Starting therapy often begins with a quiet hope: to feel lighter, clearer, and more like yourself. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down and gently untangle what you’ve been carrying, especially if you move through the world appearing capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or depleted within. Healing can unfold gently, through feeling understood, met with care, and by supporting your nervous system in becoming safer and more regulated.
About Me
I am EMDR-trained and work with individuals, teens, couples, and families navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, perfectionism, self-doubt, PTSD, sexual trauma, and attachment wounds. My work centers on trauma memory processing and nervous system–based care. I also have experience supporting LGBTQ individuals, neurodivergent individuals, international students, and their families.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and integrative, drawing from attachment-based therapy, parts work, somatic work, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and interpersonal neurobiology to support deep and lasting healing. When working with couples, I integrate the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). In addition to my clinical training, I hold a master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Southern California, which shapes my curiosity, deep listening, and appreciation for the power of stories in making meaning of lived experience. I see clients both in person and online in California.
In my own life, I find grounding and restoration through reading, practicing yoga, and spending quiet time with my fur baby. These moments help me stay present, curious, and connected to both mind and body.
As a bicultural and bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) therapist, I understand how culture, family expectations, and unspoken narratives shape how we experience emotion and connection. Cultural humility and respect guide my work. I will walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner strength and capacity for deep, meaningful connection.
