Foundational Roots Therapy was created from the belief that our roots matter. They ground us, shape us, and influence how connected we feel to ourselves and to others. At Foundational Roots Therapy, healing and growth look different for everyone, and therapy is a space to explore, develop, and use the approaches that feel right for you.
